Mumin McBride LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Consultation Policy This is a one-time non-refundable consultation fee for your custom garment. There is ONLY one consultation meeting per order. Consultation is to discuss the exact details of your custom garment and pricing. It is encouraged that prior to meeting, to provide any inspiration (photo and/or a description) that will help me brainstorm your garment. You CAN NOT use this consultation fee towards any other custom garment(s), fees, and/or balance(s) regarding any services provided by Mumin McBride LLC. You must schedule a date and time to meet through the provided calendar. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please reach out within 24 hours before your scheduled meeting time. All fittings are scheduled after our consultation. Please see the fitting policy for any information. An in-person fitting is HIGHLY RECOMMEND! There is a 15 minute grace period before your consultation is canceled. This cancellation will be considered as a no call/no show. To reschedule your consultation once canceled, you must return to the website and another consultation fee is required. Same Day consultation is an additional $20. If you would like to meet sooner than later. Times will be available below under same day consultation. Regular consultations times will be close the morning of the date. All custom orders have a two week turnaround to be complete. Based on the price provided a 50% deposit is required through cashapp $muminmcbride. Fitting Policy Fitting slots are booked hourly per client via consultation. Your fitting date will be scheduled due to my next availability. Pick-up/Adjustment Clause A pickup date will be scheduled. During this time the remaining balance is due and the garment will be ready to take home. Adjustments can be made at this time if needed. (Please note that this can possibly result in scheduling another pickup date.) Based on the price provided a 50% deposit is required through cashapp $muminmcbride. Rescheduling Clause There is a 15 minute grace period before your fitting is canceled and will be considered as a no call/no show. If you need to reschedule your fitting, please reach out within 24 hours before your scheduled date. Failure to reschedule and/or call will result in an additional $50 holding fee of your custom garment and will be added to your remaining balance. Fitting(s) will be scheduled upon my next availability. Operating Hours Sunday - Monday: Closed Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 5pm Saturday - 10am - 5pm Weekend fittings/pickups can be booked at a fee of $80 upon my availability. This fee will be applied to your final payment as an additional convenience fee. This payment can be made through cashapp ONLY ($muminmcbride) the day of fitting/pickup if not before arrival. Same Day consultation is an additional $20 plus the original fee of $50. Please book this service through the website. Thank you for getting accustomed to custom.
