Mumin McBride, born and raised in Newark, New Jersey. I am a high fashion urban streetwear designer. I started sketching at the age of 13 designing clothes for the urban community based on popular fashions that I enjoyed wearing. Using different patches, rhinestones, bandanas, or drawing cartoon characters to add different esthetics. Shortly after entering high school, my designs and I became very popular. My popularity led me to begin making custom garments for classmates and other students in my school. 

During junior year of high school (2004) I launched my own fashion line creating at least three collections each year. Since then I was invited to feature my collections in different fashion shows every year all over New Jersey to New York. Soon fashion stylists all over the world took a liking to my work and began to pull different garments and looks for their celebrity clients to wear such as Anthony Hamiliton,Sukihana, Spice and Woahvicky. These celebrities have also purchased several garments that can be seen all over. I was also featured in several local magazines, newspapers, and blog sites. 

For a few years now, I have designed for all types of events such as high school prom, weddings, music performances, and the everyday person who has a flair for high fashion. My passion is to design for men, women, and children of all ages. As well as continuing to build my brand in urban streetwear to reach the fashion industry world wide. So I would have to ask “Ynot Mumin McBride?”
